Shipping Information

Products ship 1-3 business days after your purchase. You will receive tracking information via the email you used to purchase the product. Expect your package to arrive 1-3 business days after you receive your tracking number.

If you do not receive your package, please email us at [nicole@urbanorganics.co] and we will try to resolve your missing items. If you have not received your package and the USPS states that it is “delivered”, you are responsible to reach out to your local USPS location to inquire where the package could be. Stolen packages are not the responsibility of Urban Organics. We care about your package and want you to get the items you purchased so always let us know if there is a problem with shipping and we will do our best to resolve it.

Damage during shipping: in the event that you receive your products and they have been damaged during shipping, please email us letting us know and include pictures of the damage so we can properly get your items refunded or replaced.

Our Commitment to Sustainable Shipping:

Expect that your shipping package will arrive with zero plastic in or around the package. Our mailers, bubble wrap, tissue paper, and packaging tape are all compostable and also may be recycled. Shipping labels are recyclable. There may be times that your order will come in a box that we are reusing or has already been recycled. We encourage you to reuse the packaging that we send before you compost or recycle it.


Returns + Exchanges

Because of the intimate nature of beauty products we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we would still like to hear from you if you are unsatisfied, please email us at nicole@urbanorganics.co
